As we bought 2 packs we ended up paying for 6 heads and getting 4. The other 2 heads turned out to be normal heads which are available in many places at a lower price.

This is probably the only replacement tip you should use as the others cause receding gum lines due to their incredible hardness. You are perfect! It's disappointing that you can't get them at Costco or with any of the toothbrush starter kits I've seen. I was about to stop using it until I discovered them.
