Works with all vinyl cutters. Use on smooth, flat, rigid substrates and surfaces; large area capabilities; and applications requiring background visibility. Or, applications requiring transparency of the mask for substrate visibility. Low-tack, water-based removable adhesive, ideal for water-based paint applications. Release Liner is 84# silicone-coated paper. 3-mil rigid, transparent blue PVC film with a matte surface formulated for stencil applications. Best for spray and paint techniques.

VERY tightly rolled

Image is misleading. The vinyl is rolled up very tightly and any attempt to unroll it will cause it to bubble making it unusable. Order from another seller.
