Description of OREKA O5 trainer, black
In July 2020, Oreka introduced the Oreka O5 cycling machine in Europe for indoor cycling.
The new Oreka O5 lets you train to the highest standards thanks to technology
Eergodynamic Oreka Training. In addition, it is specially designed for those who want a bike rack that
accompanies them to events and is compactly stored. And all this with the same benefits of Oreka O2:
the possibility of hours of training without muscle overload or injury, typical of static bikes.
Like the Oreka O2, the Oreka O5 is a patented Oreka Training product.
Eergodynamic is the core technology of Oreka Training''s patented system, which has two
main features: it translates balancing pedaling on the road into training in
indoor (you can get up, sprint, ... just like on the road) and also it is safe and easy
system with built-in sensors that guarantee a quality workout.
Balance control is carried out using two pneumatic "muscles" that are interconnected
central air tank. Air is supplied to this tank with the same pump as for inflating the wheels in order to
adjust the balance of the simulator to the taste of the cyclist.
Thus, if you pump up the air tank:
– 4 bar, you get a natural oscillation that mimics the motion of a bicycle on any uphill climb.
standing pedaling;
– 6 bar, we get a more stable pedaling, which avoids muscle overload, which
generate static bike racks.
It should be noted that, regardless of balancing, the Oreka O5 is stable
machine thanks to its legs, so that loads / sprints with more than 1000 watts can be performed
without shifting the bike rack.
A significant difference between the Oreka O5 and static bikes lies in the dynamism and
freedom of movement, the absence of muscle overload during prolonged cycling. Absolutely
natural pedaling makes the Oreka O5 the perfect tool to prepare for the Gran Fondo.
The Oreka O5 also stands out because it doesn''t need to be calibrated. Resistance in Oreka Training bikes
created by a magnetic field that automatically adjusts and adjusts, increasing or decreasing
the flow of current through electromagnets. This results in a resistance functional block,
which does not require maintenance or contact. So you just have to pedal.
At a fixed speed, it provides automatic resistance control depending on
route. Delivering the power you need to drive any virtual route. System
hardens on ascent and decreases in intensity on the plains, just as it does on the road. high
power is possible even at low speeds.
