I was hoping to find a pre-workout that was more natural and free of Red 40, but still tasted good. This is one of the worst pre workouts I've ever tried and I've tried a lot. If all you wanted was a red tint you'd really need some beets, but it's such an overwhelming flavor. I can't rate a generic pre-workout because I can't even get over the taste or smell to drink it.

3 stars for ingredients - I'm glad it's pure , and I'm actually trying to replace my morning coffee with a healthier option. But the taste and texture are terrible. Dissolved in 750ml bottle but still granular and not fully dissolved. And taste. Pooh. It tastes somehow artificial, despite the natural ingredients. So much zero-calorie sweetener, all I can taste is stevia (? I guess?). Still gets 3 stars for providing clean energy. You have to drink it in one gulp to keep the flavor and texture.

Okay, I've read most of the negative reviews. Everyone said it didn't dissolve and tasted bad. I've found that it dissolves much better if you mix it with 1/3 HOT water and stir quickly. Then pour over ice and cold water and keep stirring. It doesn't resolve 100%, but very close. There is another well known brand that needs to blend their herbal teas so that they dissolve and that got me thinking.
