I just installed this towel rail. Easy to attach and easy to assemble. The equipment that comes with it is also decent. Overall the product is pleasant. However, it rusted a few centimeters immediately after unpacking. The seller should use the best cover. It shouldn't rust. Dissatisfied.

Easy to assemble, but buyers should be aware that installation requires a drill with a 1/4-inch drill bit for pilot drilling. As with most things, don't tighten the screws until you've got them all in. 4 runs instead of 5 because the top shelf isn't deep enough for what I would call regular bath towels; The new folding method is designed to prevent tipping over (see image). in a rackless place with a considerable margin, and for the price i'm satisfied.

Excellent quality for this price! Easy to assemble and install. Some people have written reviews about a design flaw that is COMPLETELY NOT TRUE when properly drilled holes are at the same angle as the mounting bracket. The screws fit perfectly! Arrived quickly, securely packaged and easy to assemble. The shiny chrome finish looks good, not cheap, and even after 6+ months of use plus moving, the finish is perfect with not the slightest bit of tarnishing, discoloration etc like some other products. This is a quality product. We have two washrooms and this makes towel storage efficient for both while providing space away from the wall, floor and shower curtain rod to dry the towel. When I started assembling this towel rail, I noticed that some of the aluminum paint was already peeling off (see image). Rusty. It was a great rack until it rusted. Rings of rust remained on the freshly painted walls and the screws were so rusted that it was a nightmare to unscrew. The shelf itself is also rusty. I installed it for about a year and had to take it off, paint it RustOleum paint and buy all the screws new (weatherproof).
