It was cheap enough that I could handle it. But the cable hole is absolutely adjustable. Available in three different sizes, all very small and not big enough for a computer. I ended up just pulling out the entire center section and just using the black bushing ring. It's also very disappointing that I drilled the 2" holes as required and they all don't fit properly. This plug has an inside diameter of just under 2" which means it will wobble a bit in a true 2" hole. The cables pull on that side, it's being pulled out of the hole, or it's sitting at an unsightly angle. I'll probably have to put some glue on that side so it really sticks in my hole and doesn't pull. See the attached image to get an idea of what I'm complaining about. Exactly as advertised 2" hole saw and I measured and used a 2" hole saw with no problems Part fits perfectly in a 2" " Hole. Perfect as a very inexpensive desktop hub for my computer and data cables. a good 1/4 inch hole. Even if you're not sure about your 2" hole, it won't hit unless you cut a 2-1/2" hole.
