The product appeared used when received. I contacted the seller who asked for photos but was unable to send them. What I got had dandruff and smelled like perfume. The product was unusable.

Too thick. The neck is too strong. The color is terrible. The concept is good, but the final product is too pompous. I can't go back too long before I try to go back. I will change this dog bone pillow when I have time.

I love this pillow. Once I started using it, the numbness in my hands when sleeping on my back or side went away. I travel with one and have one at home. So thankful my chiropractor recommended it. I had too many pillows to count. This is by far the best. Felt better after the first night!

padding slides to adjust fit, fabric is soft and design is good. I use it on the couch, sometimes on my back, sometimes on my neck. I even took it to the cinema to help with the C-shaped chairs. I'm only 5ft 3in tall, so most car, theater and airplane seats hit the back of my head in the wrong place, forcing my neck and head forward. It's very uncomfortable and this pillow helps.
