fit but not fit

could break the chain AFTER grinding the head. The pins were very soft and kept bending. I'm not sure I would trust a field tool.

Pros
  • certified GOLS
Cons
  • Modernity

Break on first link

In this case you get what you pay for. I've spent $100 on another product and I've never had a pen break! Just buy a good product, avoid cheap things.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Not for 525 chain Suitable for fluids and service

Not for 525 chain, broke on first ejection after grinding the head. Has been replaced by a Motion Pro PBR tool and can now insert pens without loops.

Pros
  • Dream come true
Cons
  • Can't remember

Not bad for the money

I like the many options and ease of use, I don't like the durability issues. Used twice and the bolt is already bent. So the quality of the steel isn't very good, but for the money it's worth it. Straighten the pen and use it again.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • There is one negative point

Things to know before you buy

Cheap, so cheaply built. The top of the bench bent with no effort, so very disappointing for what otherwise looks nice. The 2.9mm pin bent like nothing happened. So πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. I guess I'll try to use it and lots of fire.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Not for heavy chains

While this probably works well for a light chain, it just doesn't have the makings of a 525 motorcycle chain. Heavy duty chain cutters are more expensive for a reason. If you're looking for a motorcycle circuit breaker, skip this one and spend the extra money on a good one.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Hard to remember, but it was
