Great platform in order communicate between business - CUSTOMER

Orlo is a great tool to help us to interact with our customers. It has a very friendly user interface and the support team is always ready to help. I would like to mention that the price is a little high. Sometimes we have to wait a little bit for the support team to help us. Also, sometimes we have to wait a little bit for the support team to get back to us. We are solving the problem of communication with our customers.   • The abilityto follow up via twitter when they need assistance this saves them time versus calling out ! In my case it solved their issues quickly so all works well

Pleasant platform and reasonably priced

We've used other platforms before but they were very expensive or hard for our small team (2) to use effectively so we decided not too look into them again until recently when I came across Orlo from an ad in LinkedIn. It was cheap enough that my colleagues felt comfortable trying out different features without breaking the bank. In terms of ease-of-use / user interface, some things are better than others depending on how familiar people within the department/team who will be using this product

  • I'm still in the early stages of using Orloo, so if there are any issues with the service i haven't yet discovered them
