Orlo is a great tool to help us to interact with our customers. It has a very friendly user interface and the support team is always ready to help. I would like to mention that the price is a little high. Sometimes we have to wait a little bit for the support team to help us. Also, sometimes we have to wait a little bit for the support team to get back to us. We are solving the problem of communication with our customers. We are solving the issue of a digital customer service. We are solving the problem of social media customer service.
