Do not buy for outerwear

Do not buy. If you need wool socks to keep your feet warm, then these are not for you. These socks are only 50% wool. Most Merino wool socks are made of 85% wool. I never get warm in these socks.

Pros
  • Sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Modernity

Good wool socks: socks

These socks are inexpensive, not exactly smartwool, but very nice for a lot less price. These socks kept my feet warm and comfortable. I have heavy feet and these socks fit well. I would buy them again.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • crumpled packaging

Decent woolen socks

I was hoping they were thicker than they were. Subtle cushioning in the sole. Keep hoping I can find a manufacturer that used to make socks for Costco before they switched to thinner socks. I have to keep looking.

Pros
  • That's amazing
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Comfortable and warm

I love the variety of colors in this purchase. It might be silly but I also like the way they are packaged, 4 rolled up in a little box. I bought 3 sets for my 3 daughters to keep for next Christmas. Wonderfully comfortable, thin enough to fit in shoes/boots but warm.

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • Obsolete

Great socks for hiking in 50/60°F.

I bought these for a recent hike in the Great Smoky Mountains. They were comfortable, soft and fitted well (I wear women's size 9.5 US). The weather was in the 50°F/60°F range and the socks kept my feet warm. I think when the weather drops below 50F you need to look for something thicker for extra warmth. I would recommend it to a friend.

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • A few little things

Nice, soft socks: Ladies

Nice, soft socks and great value for money. I can't tell if they're really wool (not even partly) and it's too early to say how long they will last, but they're very comfortable and not too bulky. I love that they come in a recyclable box, but turned a star yellow because the box looked dirty on the inside rather than the outside and the socks seem fine. Will update if I have problems with socks.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Almost never

The best socks! for outdoor recreation

Until recently I did not know about the benefits of wool socks until I got into the top group of which I am a member of social networks. I started hiking and wanted to continue in the winter, but I'm notorious for getting cold feet in the winter. If you were to ask my husband, he would say that my legs are like ice in winter. So I decided to try them and I wasn't disappointed! They keep my feet incredibly warm and dry and they couldn't be more comfortable. I wear them as both hiking socks and…

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Communication with the seller
