This backpack is quite comfortable. It doesn't move on my back at all after buttoning and tightening. The front pockets are large enough to hold an iPhone XR and an outer box. I don't use water belly as I don't work that far just for work. Size s/m matches my work clothes, shoes, lunch and bottled water. Although I had a small hole in the pocket closest to my back that I had to patch, I'm still happy with the purchase compared to other running backpacks.
