So disappointed. I'm done with the bouquet. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.

This chair was great for the first 5 days of my beach vacation. On the 6th day, one of the wooden armrests cracked and fell off the back of the chair. I'm of average height and weight and haven't put any exceptional strain on my hands so I can only assume this is due to the product. Without the arm's toning effect, the metal began to warp every time I leaned back. I left it to the garbage collector. This isn't the first time I've bought an Ostrich chair. The fact that I have to buy a new one…

  • Extra high back with rustproof aluminum frame
Cons

Not for lying face down

I am a 5ft 7" female. I specifically ordered this chair to lie on the beach as I hate lying on the sand. The chair is quite large but has a strap and a hole for a pin on the armrest. It was comfortable to sit for long periods, but when I was face down the ONLY comfortable part was the "face pillow". This chair is not long enough to comfortably lie face down for the bottom half. The "cushion" on the leg bar hit me in the middle of my shin and hurt! The bottom edge of the seat was on my thighs…

Pros
  • Sits 12" off the floor for easy entry and exit
Cons
  • Some issues

We've put a lot of thought into this

Very practical. The footrest is complicated. The instructions don't help. You must pull it out by the connector to lower the footrest. See how hard it was? Jane likes to lie face down to sunbathe on her back and loves to read while doing it from time to time so the face cut is perfect for her and it lays perfectly flat which is what she wanted. The reviews say it's not durable. so we try to come up and down very carefully so as not to break our legs. Only lasted a month. It's a fairly light…

Pros
  • Patented Open/Closed Face Hollow with Armholes and Pillow
Cons
  • The list will go on and on.

Terrible and uncomfortable

The chair came with a broken piece - it could still be used but the chair itself is not comfortable. It's quite wide, I'm 5ft 2in, 145lbs, maybe a taller person could fit better, but I have a feeling it will break with me, so I'm not sure a taller person would feel safe would. The worst part for me was when I tried to turn around - I think I put my hand in the wrong place because the hinge closed around my thumb which was very painful because the weight of my body was pushing it down, and I had

  • Crumpled
