Despite acceptable quality, the packaging was terrible! The envelope came with a case only, no box, the plastic wrapper was torn, the product card was folded in half. Obviously it was returned and modified by someone else. Very disappointed. Continue. The case is very thin. Not the usual expected durability I've come to expect from an Otterbox. I've had 3 previous Otterboxes and this one seems a lot more fragile.

I spent hours reading reviews on phone cases for 12. We didn't pay for the cover so I knew I needed a good case. I had an otter on my 7 for 3 years and dropped it probably a thousand times and it held up every time so I got a different otter for my phone. SO FAR, SO GOOD!
