Portable Foldable Engine Stand for 15 HP Outboard Motors Review

Wrong parts were included so it could not be fully assembled. There is no handle to move the engine stand. Although we have attempted to get the company to fix the issue, we have not received any follow-up action. Do not buy this item!

Bought 2 of these for my better half. Two of his outboard motors hung on the wall in our shed. They were easy to assemble and now he can easily transport the engines to our boats when we are ready to put them back in the water. Simple and easy, that's how a 75-year-old man behaves in life.

After buying and returning three (3) different outboard motor stands I finally found this worthy product. Easy to assemble, ALL parts were included, durable, well made and handles my 5 and 15hp engines with no issues. Save time and hassle by purchasing other shelves from Revain, this one will get the job done for a reasonable price.

The pictures in the installation guide didn't match what was supplied but I finally figured out how to attach the handle. The real problem is that it just isn't strong enough. I have an 8hp Merc and it fell over when I carefully moved it and now I have a big scratch on the engine. After only 30 days of use, it's now too late to return it. Not something you use often, so it's not exactly a fair test.

Perfect for my 5hp Nissan/Tohatsu. It's fairly well built and sturdy enough, the engine tipps with no problems. In a review, someone suggested finding a picture of one of these online to help assemble it. I'd like to thank you! With the instructions and a picture it was pretty easy. Assembly took about 30 minutes. It fits easily in a standard door frame and the handle folds down for storage. You can turn the motor sideways and it fits well on the wall.
