Fits perfectly but doesn't get hot

Great fit. I have big hands and XL fits perfectly. The problem with them is that they don't shut off the wind very well, so the slightest breeze will pass through them. In other words, they are not very warm. I had bought a pair of surgical gloves many years ago which, although soft, needed to have some form of wind protection. I don't think I would recommend them although the quality is OR excellent.

    Pros
    • Easy to use
    Cons
    • Big and chunky

    Great comfort great looks

I use a pair when I want to be as comfortable as possible and a little dressier. I bought a second pair to wear under my mittens when cycling in 25 degree weather. These gloves feel and look. They're not enough on their own in say 30 or 35 degrees, but no glove is as big and clunky as will work in this cold weather. Carhart makes great and affordable XXL mittens that fit into those XL interiors.

Good warm windproof gloves, little water resistance

Warm, not too thick and windproof. Inside fleece, pleasant to the touch; knitted polyester outside. Partly rubberized palm and fingertips for better grip. The tips of the index and thumb are meant to allow for on-screen typing, but gloves are still too bulky for that unless you have a large dial pad. The gloves got really wet and wet during the last heavy rain and probably get wet quickly when playing in the snow (my old Manzella windproof gloves were better in this respect, but I don't think…

    We recommend winter driving gloves

Purchased for winter driving. They are thin enough to provide tactile feedback when operating, but thick enough to keep fingers warm. They also keep my mittens warm by scraping the ice and removing my stain. After a winter, the rubber grips have partially lost their black veneer and the gray rubber underneath is visible. As with most gloves, touchscreen capabilities degrade over time. However, this is normal, their main purpose is to keep my hands warm in any case. Great job OR I didn't think I

    • Functionality

    Not for winter

These are very good gloves, well made, good looking and comfortable but nimble enough to fish a bunch of keys or a wallet out of your pocket without snagging. Unfortunately, they didn't warm my hands at all. I can't understand why breathability was considered a feature of these gloves as that ruins them. If it's breathable, it can let cold air through, and that really defeats the purpose, doesn't it? I found the only temperatures these gloves were ideal for were temperatures where I wouldn't…

    Excellent quality and very comfortable

I have had my pair for many years and they are holding up very well. They're lightweight but nice and warm unless it's windy or below 10 degrees outside. My whole family has these gloves now and they are our go-to gloves until the cold gets extreme.
