Description of Enhance Your Motorcycle's Performance with the Outlaw Racing Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipe Muffler Springs Swivel Pair (75mm)

✅ RELIABLE SET OF SPRINGS FOR YOUR EXHAUST PIPE- Outlaw Racing springs have a swivel hook design that eliminates binding, extending spring life. The spring retainer hooks are beefy and don't deflect or warp if you're looking for a tight fit. These springs will help prevent cracking of the exhaust pipe due to vibrations while riding over rough surfaces. ✅ STRONG CONSTRUCTION MADE TO LAST- The exhaust springs are made of stainless steel and give superior strength and appearance. The springs are heavy and well designed to keep your pipe in place, and they won't break loose from vibrations. The springs will keep the joints under tension, so they can't come apart until the springs have been removed. ✅ FITS AND SUPPORTS YOUR EXHAUST PIPE- The spring set by Outlaw Racing will snug the pipe against the cylinder. No more two-stroke drip out the front and no more broken springs. The springs pull the exhaust tight to the header pipes and help to prevent a crack in the header pipe and their connection to the engine, supporting your exhaust pipe. ✅ MAINTAIN YOUR EXHAUST SYSTEM LONGER- With these springs your exhaust system will last longer because the pipes will be able to adjust themselves as the system goes through its heat cycles. The springs hold the muffler into the end of the exhaust pipe tight enough to prevent leakage, but not too tight, to avoid cracking the exhaust pipe due to vibrations while riding over rough surfaces. ✅ YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 PRIORITY- We take pride in manufacturing motorcycle parts that save you time and money while not compromising on quality. Your safety and performance are what matters most. If you have any questions or concerns about your product, please reach out to us and we would be happy to assist you.

Good tension but no dimensional accuracy.

The springs look great and seem to have more than enough tension but although advertised as 60mm from the inside of the hooks they are actually closer to 55-56mm.

Pros
  • Great choice
Cons
  • There are cons

I used these SS springs to rebuild my wiper arms.

I used these SS springs to repair wiper arms where the springs were rusted. I just had to form an oval loop to give myself some extra length to set the right tension. These feathers fit my hand well.

Pros
  • Top
Cons
  • Long Wait

Good tension but shorter than advertised

Good tension, fits my medium hose well but overall length is shorter than advertised. Consequently, the springs were installed with more force than those they replaced; I hope that doesn't shorten its lifespan

Pros
  • Nice piece
Cons
  • Expensive

Fits 2004 YZ250 on muffler

Fits my 2004 YZ250 with FMF Gold Series pipe, much more powerful than the one FMF is sending you. They are very stiff, bent my Yoshinira balancer but I managed to install both. He was definitely pushing the tube against the cylinder. No more two-stroke crooks up front. The most important thing: no more broken springs!

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Compatibility

Apparently not real spring steel? They stretched out on me.

Unfortunately the springs stretched at least 3/4 inch on the first recoil. The coils are believed to be touching and the photo shows how much they have stretched. They look good, but they won't hold up if they stretch too much. Edit. I'll try to double the feathers. I hate leaving bad reviews.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
