I only bought it for the flow effect.

I love how the cable adjusts the flow rate to match the charging speed of the device. When charging is complete, the cable indicator will turn off.

Great if you have cats

This works like a charging cable g. BUT it's my cats that make it really great. You will sit there for a long time and watch the lights move (blue). Then step back, step back a few feet, pause to see. Walk away again and either come back to lie down in front of the light, or flop down on the floor in the middle of the aisle to watch until something catches your attention.

It glows! suitable for cables and accessories

This cable is very practical for charging. If you see a blinking light, you know it has the right connection. The blinking frequency tells you how fast you are charging. Item shipped well. The packaging is transparent (except for a few typos). The included zip tie is handy, but it's not secured, although you can tighten it at the end. This product saved me from bad ties which is why I love it. I want the light to be even; The light gets dimmer as it gets closer to the end of the device.

I may have an inferior or counterfeit one

No markings on the ends of the connector like the product description pictures. The backlight is bad. Becomes much fainter and noticeably darker from the end of the source plug to the phone. The cable works to power/charge the device. But I also paid for the lighting to be fully functional and I expected it to look like the pictures but it doesn't. Just to make sure it's not my source. I tried using Smart IQ 3.0 car adapter, Samsung regular wall socket, Apple wall socket and ANKOR 13000 battery
