Disappointing Silicone for Thermal Management

Based on my observations, this industrial and scientific grade silicone fails to deliver on its promised efficiency. While it may resist conductivity, it falls short in terms of overall thermal management..

They are surprisingly good and compressible.

I've been trying to modify my 3090 for a while, but a quick search for thermal pads brings up results that are either out of stock or asking for exorbitant amounts. I decided to try them as the thermal performance is very similar to Thermalites but at a much cheaper price. I've used them for VRM in combination with some thinner ones for VRAM and temperatures dropped by 20C at +14% power cap. and respectable Undervolt. Definitely recommend them!
