Spotless Success with OXO Good Grips Grout Brush: Eliminate Grime with Ease! Review

I bought this brush to clean hair combs but oh my god this is such a good brush for so many things! and it holds up very well, much better than other brushes I've received from Amazon and Walmart for brushing. I want to buy more of these so I can clean them more easily. I just wish they had a wider one like this. It also cleans sinks well, as does the faucet part. This is one hell of a cleaning brush and cleans my combs so well they look brand new. Doesn't even leave a lint stain.

love. Good for getting into the corners of showers and other areas that need cleaning. The bristles are softer than I expected so they may not be ideal for heavy use but they work for me. I had suds on my shower window and the soft bristles were great for getting to the corner where the glass meets the vinyl (no damage). My ceramic and stone restoration company has been using these grout brushes for years and was VERY happy with the product until OXO decided to change the look and feel of the bristle texture. What you see in the photo on the right is not the brush you received but the old version. The new design has a reshaped head and the bristles are much softer and come off quickly, just like the cheaper versions found in major department stores. Overall I really am an OXO product but this one is far from up to date. I bought this to use with a grout cleaner in a small tiled bathroom. After a few minutes of use I noticed that it wasn't cleaning very well* so I checked out the brush and noticed that it looked as good as you can see in the attached picture. I love these OXO brushes, especially the Crevice Brush and the Corner & Edge Brush (http://smile.amazon.com/OXO-Good-Grips-Corners-Brush/dp/B00004OCLT). I find reasons to use it. The bristles are not too abrasive and will not fall out with heavy friction. The brush's narrow end width makes it suitable for non-standard/hard-to-reach areas.
