Neat containers in container sets

I bought these for herbs and spices in our city apartment where I cook maybe 1-2 days a week. The size is good for small amounts. You seem strong enough. One feature that would be useful is a label to identify content. After a few uses, they don't screw on and off as easily. They do their job.

Pros
  • Food storage
Cons
  • Small items

Suitable for sauces and snacks

Suitable for sauces and snacks for school. Our first graders and second graders can easily open and close them. We still put them in a small ziplock pouch just in case. Bags sometimes come home dirty on the inside, but it's hard to tell if they're really leaking or if they're just dirty kids.

Pros
  • Kitchen and dining room
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Not fully sealed

The moment I opened it from the box I checked it. I started twisting and opening, twisting and closing containers. The process of opening or closing is surprisingly difficult due to the design of the lid, which is low in height and much larger in diameter. Not to mention that the exact tapping on the thread is the only way to make it airtight, which in most cases is extremely difficult. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to put liquids in it. Better for fine solids.

Pros
  • Dishes and serving utensils
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Very difficult to turn on and off

I have so many OXO products in my kitchen... I've really tried to love these cooking vessels but couldn't find anything good to say about them. I am so sad because 99% of my oxo items are great but unfortunately not this one. The lid is very difficult to screw on and off and the plastic material creaks so much when I try to turn the lid. There is no way I would add any liquid or spices here as they will leak as the lid doesn't latch properly. .The only reason I bought them is because I like the
