It wasn't a perfect solution to the problem I was having, but what for.

This wasn't a perfect solution to my problem but for what it is I give it 5 stars because it solved the problem. I used a 12" and a half stainless steel screw on the ends. Steel wire is absolutely necessary. If you can measure exactly what you need, try the OEM website. You can buy this stuff in foot increments. Also with The seller did a good job with the shipping.

Pros
  • Works great for me
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Inexpensive but problematic

Pros: Cheapest torches I could find Works if you can't find a better solution. Cons: Very difficult to install even with two people, but it is possible. The lip just won't rest against the side of the wheel well. There will be gaps and there will be sags. The screws provided are self tapping but not self drilling so you will need to drill each hole or obtain wider head stainless steel screws or washers to prevent the screw heads from being pulled through the hole. Rubber.

They also look very good

They offer you legal protection at a very reasonable price. You look good too. The downsides are that now, no matter how you set it up, it's almost impossible to get a perfect curve when screwing in your fenders. My wings have areas that are kind of curved instead of looking around where you screw in. I tried different pressures on the screws, nothing helped. They're also not waterproof, so if it rains, water will get in right where you screw it in, which is most accurate. Rust your wingsโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Great for what they are.

I installed Flexy Flares on my '87 Ford 4x4 Econline. I did this because I couldn't find matching fenders anywhere. Shortly after my flares arrived I finally found the assembled flares at a junkyard. I want to return Flexy Flares. The quality of these torches is actually quite good. The fact that they have developed a flash that fits so many cars is truly amazing. Installation is not that difficult. You need to take your time to find the right shape and cuts. It's also good to have help. Iโ€ฆ
