Perfect fit and price 2006 Honda 3.5 V6

Perfect answer to our Code 0420 problems. The store charged their supplier $800 to replace and install a new one. With the cost of this and working in the same shop, we easily saved $400!

  • Free for educational purposes

What you see is NOT what you get

All part numbers in the picture match the label on the transducer exactly except for the front! The O2 sensor connector and other brackets are for the front! Burning nuts for 3 hours to remove and pull out the rear motor mount to pull out the old one, what a waste. Now you have to reinstall the old one! That is nonsense

Pros
  • Pleases
Cons
  • Older model

Oh yeah. Scary code p0420. Seeing this pop-up on an OBD-II diagnostic tool is a headache for most shade tree mechanics. This can usually be attributed to the O2 sensor. After chasing it by replacing the bank 1 sensor, the code was still there. vacuum test. No leaks. Fuel filter is ok. Tried to clean the catalytic converter with everything YouTube has to offer. Nothing yet. Finally got an infrared thermometer and tested the cat. There is a video on YouTube showing what the right temperature…

Pros
  • Solid finish
Cons
  • Damaged
