I'm so upset that this didn't work for me. After a lot of searching for a new facial toner, I gave it a try. I did a trial neck patch with no problems. However, once I started using it, I developed very dry, itchy, and red skin after a few days. When I applied my moisturizer afterwards, it felt like an open sore and burned terribly. I got little red pimples all over, and the skin under my eyes (which I didn't wash but must have gotten some foam on it when I washed) started to swell and scar…

This cleaner is amazing. I have acne prone and sensitive combination skin, but I don't get breakouts or react to them. It removes all makeup so easily but feels gentle and doesn't leave your face feeling dry (probably if you don't moisturize your skin afterwards). It also smells great and is cruelty free! What else do you need?

So far this has really helped with oil control, cleans my face very well and leaves no dirt on my cotton pad after washing. The only negative I would like to say is that I don't think it does a very good job of removing eye makeup. I could have just used very strong eye make-up. It's also a good facial cleanser for oily/blemish-prone skin.

All I can say is that I am totally in love with this product. Does what it's supposed to and smells fantastic! Also, it's 100% VEGAN and CRUELESS FREE is a top priority for my ethics as a person. The items (I ordered two, one for me and one as a gift) arrived very well packaged, no leakage, flawless.

I don't leave reviews, but this product deserves more than 5 stars! I'm a skin care fanatic. I am almost 45 years old and have tried almost all brands. I usually wash off my makeup with coconut oil before my evening shower. I'm always skeptical of a new product so I left my makeup on tonight to see if this cleanser would do the job. Wow! Everything deleted! It left my skin so soft and it smells amazing! Mascara residue does not need to be removed after washing. I can't believe this toner costs…

I had low expectations. The last cleansing cream I bought is now used to wash hands. Got it when it was on sale and I'm so glad I did! It foams like a toner if you rub it between your hands and don't use too much. Small things have a big impact. The smell is amazing, like a coconut vanilla dream! I love Pacifica for their more natural products and flavors, now I love them even more! It washes my makeup off really well and I wear a completely baked face :)

I used it once at my friend's house and I liked it. He took his makeup off and since it was natural I thought it was even better. But after repeated use. It has turned my skin to sandpaper and I have a lot of blackheads and my skin is sore. I know it was this product because I tried it twice and the same thing happened. As I don't have sensitive skin, it came as a surprise to me.
