good price good quantity but they are not hard. I can neither confirm nor deny that because the packaging is in a foreign language. It really didn't matter if the toothbrushes were hard.

My husband loves hard toothbrushes. I found them at Revain, they arrived on time and everything worked the way I wanted it to. What else can I say?

Arrived on time and works as described. Intentionally given 0 to 1 for softness as these are hard brushes which is what I need and have described.

Received yesterday and replaced my old toothbrush with this one. Works perfectly. Soft toothbrushes are too soft. I wanted a name brand toothbrush but couldn't find it locally. I would buy again.

These are quality toothbrushes. Nowhere on the packaging is the word fixed or a hardness designation. There's quite a bit of bite in Vietnamese, so maybe there is. They are NOT my definition of a company in any form. Average at best. My wife likes them. I, uh, this is not an American company. This is a good buy if you want a medium. I have tried many times to find simple hard toothbrushes. I ordered these Colgate packs and the Reach version. It's all imported Chinese crap. The bristles lose their stiffness in less than a week and the density of the bristles stinks. These Colgate brushes are really thin plastic and they flex quite easily, forcing you to use more force on the brush head. It's not really important, but it's still annoying. The handle is almost round, making it difficult to grip when wet with saliva and toothpaste. The head is a bit small and somehow the shape doesn't fit, at least for me.
