Great dowels for more than just sheet metal

We came across this product while looking for something to plug a hole in the bottom of an 80-3 foot close planters. We ordered 100 and were very happy with how well they worked to seal and seal the water in the pot. A special drainage system now catches all the water for reuse by the system. We're glad we found her.

Works on a Harmar roller lift.

The motor head housing on Harmar's scooter and wheelchair lifts has a hole at the top for manual operation if the motor is not running for some reason. I made the mistake of losing the cork that keeps the water out. This plug is not listed on the Harmar Parts Chart. I emailed Harmar to get it but they never replied. This fork is a PERFECT replacement for the original and now I have some extras.

They are well suited for industrial equipment

Plugs are made of very stretchy rubber or very rubbery plastic; they are quite hard if they are rubber, or rather soft if they are plastic. It's a fairly thin material that doesn't want to stretch/pucker too much and warp when you do. You have to push it a good bit before it touches the "inside" part of the hole. It sticks quite firmly, which is nice, but if you want to take it off, at least it can wrinkle nasty when you pull it out. This seems to work well as long as the surface around theโ€ฆ
