So I've been on a jag of reviewing patch cables.I did the same with these.OD measures as expected for cat6 cable, 5.9mmThe feel is right and the printing of the twists looks right.Looking down at the end of the RJ45 connector, looks to be real copper stranded wire.I dug out my old but very good 12mp camera, and it does no better than my phone of attempting to get a good macro shot of the end of the RJ45. terrible shots.So stick to the basic pictures.So lets cut the end off one and strip it…

Worked great for the short span I needed. However I wish I'd purchased the slim cable as these cables are pretty stiff. I also wish they sold 9" patch cables. The next size up - 12" - is too long.
