The packaging was not airtight, opened, and there were stains on the bottle as if from blood. I almost threw up. Is it possible to make a return?

I have a dry skin type and have found that hyaluronic acid can retain water on my skin after cleansing, so I sometimes use it as the first serum (especially in winter) before vitamin C, E , ferula Serum. But summer in Houston is wetter, I use vitamin C first, then hyaluronic acid, then moisturizer, then sunscreen. At night I use it after my peptide serum. That's why I use it a lot. I love this serum! I use it on my face every night. I've also seen TikTok where they put it on my hair so I do it when I wash my head and I notice a difference. It's softer and less fluffy. I have sensitive skin and that's not a problem. I also have combination skin for reference. At this price it will always be in my collection.

I have very sensitive skin that gets cystic acne easily. My face has just started to settle down thanks to using some of this Lonesome's other products in my routine. Since other products have worked so well, I was hoping to use this one to add volume and prevent wrinkles. The day after the first use, I got five or six new cystic pimples on different areas of my face. Now I need to start repairing my skin again (I also have very severe hyperpigmentation)!

My skin has never looked better! I highly recommend them all! Just get an entire shelf I made and will use forever! Don't go back to commercial expensive products that don't really (I get it now) work. Please always maintain formulas and quality because when a product starts off well, it tends to become just like any other product after a while. So please stick to your standards!
