Quality bag. However, the zippers in the main compartment don't close as they should. They need to be locked/connected so they are not easy to open. Can you fix this?

I love this bag! I have arthritis and sore shoulders so lightweight bags are key. I also travel often. I love this bag not only for the security features but also because it looks so stylish compared to the usual look of most holdalls. It doesn't look tatty in any way and can easily transition from casual to dressy as it goes from backpack to handbag. A great choice if you are a traveler but don't want to look like a tourist.

Ugh I hate the design of this backpack! Pacsafe has sacrificed style for ease of use. I liked that it's convertible, but sharing the main lock with straps is really inconvenient. In backpack mode, putting your hand through the strap will cause the entire device to lie crooked on your back as the strap slips through the buckle. It's uncomfortable and the fact that I have to fiddle with it makes me feel insecure. Worst bag I've bought from Pacsafe.

Bought for a trip to Europe. It's more stylish than most Pacsafe bags but doesn't seem to have the level of security I expect from these bags. The "latch" on the zipper is odd and has been undone several times. On the plus side, the lining of this bag is a gorgeous pink. Zippers on the front and back of the bag are handy for accessing things on the go. Unfortunately, this gatefold cover doesn't lay flat, making it look like a folded backpack.
