Not at all what I had hoped for.

Not at all what I expected. I didn't even feel the heat which was the main reason I bought it. I have a ten unit but thought it would be great to have heat with that unit. sent back.

Farewell, stiff neck!

It is so practical and convenient. My former neck and shoulder pain from working out is much happier! The device looks very high quality. Shame on the disinformation skeptics. I like a good deal and this one!

The device positions itself as a massager. Some kind of vibration is implied. It's not like this. This is an electrical muscle stimulator. With such a device, there must be material between the electrodes and your skin. It's not like this. It has bare metal that sends electrical impulses to your skin and throat. Your neck is the main pathway for all of your brain's impulses. A perfect positioning of the electrodes is not possible. Even on the lowest settings, I had face twitches, shoulder…
