The quality is good but the size is ridiculous. I used to work at a cheese counter and even there this product couldn't be of any use. I'm telling you, this product is huge.

As the size of this cheese slice was difficult to tell I ordered 2 of these even though I needed a much smaller one. But this item still gets a little bit of use in my kitchen.

If you are looking for a large loaf cheese cutter that has a solid construction and simple design at a reasonable price. I also use it to make goat cheese slices for Roasted Beetroot Napoleon Salad. Perfect slices every time.
