This steering extension shifter is a must-have for anyone who loves tinkering with their automotive. It's made of durable painted aluminum and is easy to install. The extra length makes it easier to reach the shifter, especially in sport mode, and gives me better control of my car .The only con I can think of is that it's not compatible with all car models, so make sure to check before buying. I fitted them to my '04 M3 and unfortunately both sides rattled in place - the dimensions seem to vary just enough to allow for slight play - even road vibration will cause this rattle. It's a shame too because the finish and quality seems pretty excellent but I have a standard set and another metal set and they're both mounted pretty tight so it looks like it's just a design flaw at these.
