Efficient Milling Machine for Industrial Use

This workholding tool is perfect for industrial and scientific applications, making it an essential purchase for professionals. As my tests showed, the Palmgren MVS40 can handle a variety of materials with ease, from metals to plastics. The tightly constructed clamp grips materials securely, ensuring precision cuts time and time again. Could be better but good price

I have a small Grizzly CNC so I needed a small vise when not just fastening parts to the table.1. The corner foot is removable and only one Vise can be attached to the table In this configuration it would be nice if the pins fit in standard T-slots to keep them parallel without too much setup time All edges are SHARP burrs and all I had to write down everything It only took about 5 minutes As I said, good value for money.

Pros
  • Handle: 4"
Cons
  • Something else

Keep searching, it's not.1. When I placed it on my router table without the swivel base, the screw slots in the vise prevented me from orienting the vise at a 90 degree angle to the table slots. I carved slots for the vise so I could secure it with screws. It got worse from there.2. When the vise is bolted to the horizontal table, the vise bed is inclined in both the X and Y directions.3. As the workpiece was clamped in the vise, the movable jaw was raised approximately 0.020 inch each time the

Pros
  • Jaw Deformity: .002 per 4,000 lbs
Cons
  • Questionable Senior Purchase
