The most important thing I like about this program it that you can send email to people who receive pamfax, so they get notified of your message! This was great for my business because now we are able tto communicate with our clients without having them come into office every time there's something needing done or changed in their account information etc.. I like that it's free, easy to use and you can do business with clients without having to pay for expensive phone lines or contracts. It does not work well when your computer has too many programs open at once which makes sending documents difficult if they are larger than 1MB in size. Also, there really isn't much support from them so don't expect help from their customer service team.
