I use these for makeup wipes and they work great. They're big too, so if I had a bit of makeup I'd cut the tissue in half so the pack lasted almost twice as long. When I wore a lot of eye makeup I had to rub my eyes quite hard and still woke up with spots in the morning so it wasn't perfect but better than some famous brand makeup wipes.

I use these wipes and the spare version (no lid) for our daughter and I LOVE these wipes! I always feel that my daughter's bottom is perfectly clean after using it and she doesn't get any rashes. (We've tried several brands in the past and they either didn't cleanse her skin well or caused a rash.) These are by far the best wet wipes we've used! I would particularly recommend them to parents of a first child.

Excellent towels.
