One of my old Panasonic phones has been damaged. I needed an exact match to replace it. It was a bit pricey but it works with my existing system. The instructions for setting up the new phone were VERY vague. I had to contact Panasonic for setup instructions. They were able to help via chat. The phone is now fully functional. I'm happy.

I bought a set of three phones and then this one as an extra. The kit works perfectly, but this additional one keeps writing that it does not charge. Set the base, wait 15 minutes and then it will be registered. Then I can use it. Phones ring an hour later but the machine isn't working. Disappointment to say the least.

I bought this set out of desperation when my old set died. I wish I had done that sooner. This phone has all the bells and whistles you could want. Built in call block (which I really like), a phone book you can use to group. All of my restaurants are in one group, doctors in another, and friends and family in a third. It might seem like a small thing, but I'm impressed. ,

I have a two story house and don't like to carry my cell phone with me, although I do need to answer some calls (ie not need to return a missed call). The solution is a cordless landline phone. I thought I wanted additional sets scattered around and these work great. Connecting to my base station took just a few seconds. Not only can I answer the phone on time, but I can also block unpleasant calls.

I bought this phone because it is compatible with my Panasonic cordless phone. I had 3 phones with the starter system and needed another one for my downstairs family room. I like the Panasonic system. It is easy to use and has large illuminated digits. I gave it four stars because my Panasonic system is black and this extra phone and charger is white.

It looked like an old set of Panasonic phones I had and I decided to replace them as their batteries needed constant replacement etc. And I figured why not use new technology. These phones have poor echo when using the speakers on two at the same time. And don't get too close, or he'll creak and squeak a lot. In general, I'm very unhappy with them, but I have 6 of them, so we're ready now. But what a disappointment because the old ones were so good.

I bought a set of 3 phones and a base station with answering machine for $61. I wanted a fourth phone and reluctantly paid about $30 for it. It was sent to a temporary address and when I brought the phone home and set it up well past the return deadline I found that the rechargeable Ni-MH batteries were not included.
