We had to replace an old model as we had a power surge for 10 years. These new updated phones seem to work just as well with better technology.

So the sound quality is decent, honestly it's just better than my old phones, not cleaner. However, the battery life sucks. If you leave them overnight without charging stations, they'll be dead by morning! Pooh

Was bought to replace a 3-pipe telephone system from another brand. So far, so good. Calls are loud, the speaker is crisp and clear, the range covers the whole house, digital functions work as expected. I am very happy with this device and would recommend it.

Works fine. I like the feature that blocks calls from any number that isn't in your phone book. We recently changed our number, put ourselves on the banned calls list and have not given our number to anyone except family members, doctors and pharmacies. We still had annoying calls. This phone has eliminated all unwanted calls.

I really like the phones and like the position of the volume control on the side. Also note that the phones don't have a backlight while charging, so they don't emit an annoying glow at night. The sound quality is excellent and it is very comfortable to hold. The batteries didn't hold the charge well, I had to buy new ones. Therefore 4 stars against 5.
