When I attached them to my glass leads, these ties formed an exquisite loop. I worked with glass overlays that were very smooth on one side and rough on the back. The tweezer clips wouldn't hold on the smooth side but they would hold on the rough side very well as they have a slightly rough texture on the blade and leave a nice sized neat metal loop to attach the find to my necklace.

Hole size is NOT correct as advertised (4 x 6mm) according to what I received. I have measured 4 pieces with micrometers, hole dimensions: 4.1mm x 5.5mm and it will not go through a 6mm ring which is typically found on a 3mm chain. Therefore they are not applicable in my case. Make sure your round ring that connects to the clasp is small enough to fit through the 4 x 5.5mm hole! Otherwise, the quality of the product must be satisfactory for your use.

The product looked great online but I noticed the first few pegs out of the box were broken so I checked them all. Only five were acceptable for inclusion in my work for sale. Of the remaining, about half had serious defects due to excess metal shavings, and the other half still had smaller metal shavings attached. Obviously there hasn't been any quality control since these handrails were packaged and I hope the company will review and improve their finishing process before offering them again.
