Great idea, but I didn't realize that you don't have your hands free to check your phone or hold an umbrella. I immediately carried my shopping bags wrapped around my forearm again so that I have both hands free. If they made a forearm holder/guard I would buy this because 20lbs of food gets uncomfortable.

Works perfectly. But attaching pockets to the second handle is a problem. When I put pockets on a handle everything is fine, but after that I can't attach those pockets anymore. When I do this the handle will just fold over when released and some of the bag handles will come off the hook. So I have to keep this thing all the time. And when I hold it with one hand, I only have one hand left to charge the other pen. It's not going well.

I was happy to order them, but they are not for me. I usually shop in animal mode and rarely do more than one trip. I thought it would make things easier. It actually made it a lot worse. Since all the weight is concentrated on the handles, it's more like a deadlift than having the bags spread out on my forearms, wrists, etc. Also, because I'm short, the pockets hang tight on the floor and cut into my legs. When I carry my groceries without handles, I can easily get from the canopy to the front
