Beautifully crafted one piece Quick Disconnect Joint. I use them on a sailboat to tie the tiller to an auxiliary outboard. I want to buy an extra ball pin to hold the motor in place if the connection is disconnected from the tiller while sailing.

Wish I had installed a Panther handlebar linkage instead of a $900 trolling mount that was built to fire and break. Panther quick couplers are great for attaching main and trolling rods. It had a 3/8 inch round stainless steel shaft, so I just screwed a comb onto the ends. Would have given them 5 stars but the Hores shoe clip fell off after 3 uses and the metal sleeve connecting the shank to the ball joints is slightly bent. I recommend these fittings for powering your boat with a kicker motor.
