Save money and buy real paper! My wife has an actual paper tray on her iPad which is not the same. They work well as screen protectors, but lack the tactile feel of writing on paper.

I used to have the original paper as a screen protector but it ate the tips of my apple pencil! The texture of this protective film is perfect, it's not too rough and the best part is that it doesn't eat into the tips of my apple crayons. I will definitely buy more from this brand

It's magic - I like it. Sure, you lose some of the visual brilliance of your iPad screen that you don't notice when watching movies etc., but with a lot of use of your Apple Pencil you gain a paper-like surface. That's great.

I've tried hard to go paperless at work and take notes in meetings, but I hated the way my Apple Pencil swiped across the screen. This creates the realistic "pull" feel I was looking for. This makes finger scrolling less smooth, but that doesn't bother me. As a bonus, it also appears to leave no visible fingerprints all over the screen!

I was really hoping it was two packs of paper screen protectors. Unfortunately, this product is a regular screen protector. These screen protectors have almost no anti-reflective coating and no texture. It's the same as drawing on your own screen. If you are an artist, take notes or are looking for a screen with texture, do not buy this product. It's a shame because this product was packaged very nicely. Spring. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Received and applied today but the instructions were difficult to understand and difficult to install. BUT everything is fine. Also, it doesn't look like "paper" at all. Which is silly in a way, but I bought more for protection than a fancy protector. As long as it works, I'm fine. Although I really like the fingerprint protection :) and it doesn't seem to have anti-glare but then again I haven't had it for a whole day, oooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

The texture is matte but very thin and there is just enough drag to feel like something between glossy and true matte. I really like the texture, but it's something to consider if it's not exactly what you need. The best thing about this screen protector is the bright display and how well colors are reproduced, which is a big plus if you draw as much as I do. This is an advanced paper that resembles canvas film. I've used and loved others with texture and yes those others really fuck with pencil tips and fingertips lol like sandpaper. And THAT, my god, is what tattoo artists and iPad designers need to change the game, it's like Konami code for drawing.
