It is dirty but does not get very hot on minimum setting

This product would be perfect if it weren't dirty. Sure Bed, Bath & Beyond has pure wax (it's crystallized, not a single block), but it's much more expensive, even at a 30% discount. Since the BB&B raw material is cleaner, it also gets much hotter, which is too hot for me. The problem with wax is that you have to endure heat, but if it gets too cold it hardens (that's the problem with crystallized wax). Since I can't take heat above 50 and it hardens at 49 I have to go with the cheaper block…

Pros
  • Paraffin refill is highly flammable, do not use near an open flame or unprotected heater
Cons
  • No instructions

Pleasant paraffin baths

I am very satisfied with this product. Paraffin packs were easy to open with good instructions and a bit of a mess. I appreciate the fragrance free product. With warm hands I want to thank you! Dorann Long, physical therapist, author of The Guide to Better Body Movement with Less Pain.

Pros
  • Replacement wax with a low melting point, suitable for other similar paraffin thermotherapy devices
Cons
  • Not sure

Never Better in Paraffin Baths

This wax is so sticky it sticks to plastic bags and won't stay on my arm when I remove the bag after Cooling down. This means you can't reuse wax unless you want to take the time to collect it from plastic handbags (not easy at all). It's none other than the wax that came with my wax bath that was left on my hands when I took them out of the hand bath. Then I just pulled it from my hands and threw it back into the hand bath to warm it up. Smells good but the texture is terrible.

Pros
  • Perfect for those suffering from arthritis, dry skin, joint stiffness and other ailments
Cons
  • No Effect
