Rough edges reduce tool opening

Jaws holding tap are not cut exactly square. The maximum opening of the tool is just over 1/2 inch. There were burrs, burrs, and nicks on the edges that reduce the opening and make it difficult to accommodate a .473" tool shank. I used a file to remove burrs and rolls to get everything working properly.

High quality bike tool and maintenance product

High quality tool. Great crane holder for any bike or other work. For those cutting 9/16" x 20" on cranks, they have a tap spacing. Most store bought generics are low quality and only fit up to 1/2 inch which is way too small. I know because I've looked for one in 3 stores. It was a waste of time.

  • Cool product

  • Piggy bank price

Solid well built little handle

This tool has one use: it's a tap handle for cutting new threads in a stripped screw hole. It's well made and built and it works great. The only caveat is that you should take the stated maximum size seriously. It is said to be suitable for M12 taps and rightly so. But it won't happen again. But it's a solid, simple, and well-made tool that works exactly as it's supposed to.

Great product cycling

got it a few days ago after the one with the tap set I got from the port broke on the first hole I tapped. It is very well constructed and you can press it firmly to tighten it on the faucet. I had no problem with it falling out at all. The only thing wrong is that in the description the dimensions of what I received does not match the description in any way, it measures 9" x 1" x 1/2" and not 6x2x2 and if you look there is a weight difference I'm pretty sure it's the shipping weight not the…

Jaw fault on a well made tool at a great price

Bought this model after buying a smaller one. I'll just copy and paste this review below as almost everything applies to both models (and both items I received). I was pretty happy with the smaller one, but a little less with it because it required a bit more cleaning and there was still an issue with moving jaws. Unless it's a design feature I don't understand, Park should contact their factory to resolve the issue and get the moving jaws working. All in all these are good tools to buy and…
