Parker 94R 'Hefty' DE Safety Razor + 5 High-Quality Blades Review

Good razor. Easy to hold. Doesn't slip when your hands are wet. Has a comfortable weight and feel. Does what it should. That's why I give five stars. I oiled the threads so that everything works smoothly when changing the blade. Shark Blades are a bit thinner than my usual brand but feel sharper. I've found Shark blades to provide a little more shaves than my regular brand before needing replacement. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

My girlfriend bought me this razor 9 months ago for my birthday. I really like the fit feel. The shave is incredibly close. This Parker 94R razor gives me a smoother and more comfortable shave than a Merkur 34C. It's a little heavier and the head looks a little wider. Perhaps these factors stretch the skin in front of the blade a bit.

This is my first safety razor so I'm not sure how it compares to other brands. However, this razor was a delight for this safety razor novice learning how to use it. It seems designed for some level of safety for the angle of the blade. A 30 degree angle is possible and the blade is still in contact with the skin which has helped me avoid shaving my face. this parker 94c will exceed your expectations the first shave it guarantees the best possible shave ever i have only shaved with it a week and can't compare it to any short handle razor even a 34c hd and this is one of my favorites. This razor allows me to use a soft blade like a derby and still feels so smooth and trims my mustache so nicely without irritating it Well shaped handle, get your own and you won't regret it.

Outperforms some other razors I own and is less than a third the price! Good efficient razor. Parker just keeps getting better!

that was my first impression of Parker 94r Hefty! I was hesitant to shave with it at first because of the gap between the blades, but since I also shave with an old open Gillette comb, I gave it a try and it's not bad! Got a nice clean shave right outside the gate! The razor with the blades is a very good deal, I would recommend the 94R to both experienced wet razors and those wanting to get into wet shaving with a safety razor, thumbs up!

This is more effective than my Edwin Jagger, no scratches or cuts. Processing and alignment of the blades are good. This is my favorite razor.
