Enhanced Flame Sensor: Reliable Detection and Safety Assurance Review

Measured across the flange is 19/32 inches of the total length of the piece of metal. Top fits 7/32" long, 6/32" and 1/32" thick wire. Part has been replaced with Lennox Oven Model #G43UF-48C-090-04. Part #52W29 Flame Sensor .Works great, the new part fits the replaced part exactly, hope this helps!

I bought it two years ago as a spare part, so if the flame monitor fails in winter, I have it to hand. Yesterday the flame sensor stopped working for me, I wanted to exchange it for a spare part, it turns out they sent the wrong part. Since I bought this two years ago to be active, I will most likely not be able to return the item. For those wondering if this part will work, the answer is no. See attached picture.

This is NOT the right product. As others have noted, they do not ship the correct product. This is not a replacement for 52W29. It's longer, but most importantly, the electrical connector is too wide to reconnect to your stove. Very frustrating. I bought it as a spare in case mine broke and when I finally needed to use it I could NOT return it and worst of all I didn't have a spare.

I have to say I've never encountered a problem with this product! My brother repairs stoves, both domestic and commercial, and recommended this product to our department and it was great value for money. We replaced the broken part with this one and so far it has worked flawlessly. A caveat is that this is a fragile item as stated on the packaging and should be removed from the packaging and installed with some care. IF you remember it, otherwise you can be calm.

Sold as 52W29 but comes with 98M87 which is not a direct replacement. Although they claim it's compatible, it's longer and the plug on top is wider, meaning the wire needs to be cut and the new socket crimped. My wire is not long enough to start cutting and crimping. Also if you are looking for 98M87 they sell it for 9.99! I paid 13.54. If you have a Lennox G40UH series oven this part is not a direct replacement and will need to be modified.
