In the questions section someone asked if it would fit a '99 convertible. The seller said yes, so I bought it. He didn't fit. After further research I had to buy a mk3 switch. But I trusted the seller's opinion. Mk4 is probably fine.

"Good enough" for the price but not sticky like an OEM switch. Instead of pushing the handle until it snaps into place like the original, this new one just needs to be "crimped". I had to squeeze the ring as hard as I could so it might end up having trouble popping out, but it looks good compared to the old one.

The shift covers on my Jetta lost material, but the new OEM module cost way more money than I was willing to pay for an old Corolla. This replacement cover fits perfectly and does not rotate when the clamp is tightened. Easily installed in the center console. The rest of my facility looked shabby in comparison.
