These are good plain 3 inch flanges, they work but the added gaskets should be trashed and replaced with soft aluminum be replaced spacer Hr. Poetry.

I was looking for a 2.5" (7259) or 3" (7260) flange centered around 3 3/16 and found both the 2.5" and 3" " versions are too big or too small. Based on the picture, the 3" version has a wheelbase of approximately 3 6/16" and the 2.5" version has a wheelbase of 3 1/16". Both are about 0.25 inches thick. the smaller 25" was with felt. Don't know how that counts as a pad. Overall both didn't work for my application.
