If PDF Blocks were user friendly I would give this book 5 stars. It's a great idea generator and pretty good at explaining how to modify blocks to get what you want. The chapter on changing patterns is pretty good. The digitizing templates section, while basic, is good, and its simplicity makes it less intimidating. However, PDF Blocks are one file per 106 pages.
