Disappointed with the quality!

I wish it was better! This was a replacement for an old tricycle which our youngest son loved and played with for over 2 years before it broke. So we excitedly ordered it and hoped it could play with it for many more years like the last one. But less than three weeks after receipt, a crack appeared in the big wheel. Then another, and then one on the side. We were devastated because it was my son's favorite toy and he played with it every day. Although he has put many miles on it, this trike…

Malfunction. Poorly made product.

If you're considering this purchase, run, not walk, as far and as fast as possible. I have collected many bikes. , tricycles and big wheel bikes in my day but this one wins the award. Assembling the wheel with "locking star washers", "axle caps" and "cap tools" was a nightmare. And as soon as I figured the rear wheels were bolted to the bike, I just, really, really pulled the axle, and the hubcaps and washers came right off. This is a very poorly made product. Low quality. The front wheel broke. The wheel was replaced under warranty, so no real loss.

Cracked front wheel after 2 months of infrequent riding. The wheels are not worn, just a form of poor quality. Definitely cannot recommend this bike. I changed my rating to 3 stars after contacting Jaxx, the supplier of this bike. I explained what happened and they asked for some photos. I sent them and they sent me a new front wheel for free. a new bike taped to see if it will hold together so the grandchildren can ride it longer than the first one.
