Easy to assemble. So far it looks pretty solid. The padding is decent, if a little thin on the hands. Should last over a year of daily use for anyone under 200lbs.

I ordered this chair and couldn't mount the back seat. I spent hours assembling the back of the chair. The ball is terribly made. I will be returning this chair as soon as I receive the packaging for it. Unfortunately I matured the box, it came thinking that it would be easy to assemble but it is not.

Easy to put together (took 15 minutes) Incredibly comfortable. The back support feels great. I almost bought one of those more expensive "gaming chairs" that went for $100-$200, but the reviews on this chair were better and I can see why. I have already sent a link to this chair to other people. For the record, I'm 5'10" and 220 pounds and feel very secure/sturdy in this chair.

This is a nice sitting chair. However, the hydraulic system does not work on it. No matter what level I put the chair on, the chair ends up on the lowest level. I'm the only person using this chair so it can't be broken by a kid who only has 1 in my house and she has 1. I wish I could trade it for another, but it looks like I'm out window.

I am very impressed with this chair. It's very comfortable and well built. I'm a tall guy (6ft 250lbs) and this chair seems to fit me. I like the mesh back with lumbar support and articulated armrests. I like to sit high above a table that has a drawer in the middle, and with my old chair, the armrests always made it difficult to open that drawer. This new chair allows me to open the same drawer with ease. Just lift the armrests and the drawer opens easily without me moving.

The chair was easy to assemble. Sits at the right height for my desk. The adjustable armrests come in handy as I can easily slide the chair under my desk. Nice gray colour. I like that it has a slight twist when I recline. The only negative thing I can say is that if you sit in shorts for a long time (like I have since working from home) you get lines on the backs of your legs from the fabric of the seat. But it doesn't matter.

I'm old and slow so it took me 90 minutes to unbox the chair and assemble it myself. This is a beautiful chair that matches the product photos. I use it at home on soft, low pile carpet so the little wheels don't roll as easily. I have to get up to move a chair. Maybe I'll get some spare rollerblades later. The padding seems good.
